第五十八条 在证据可能灭失或者以后难以取得的情况下，当事人可以申请证据保全。当事人申请证据保全的，仲裁机构应当将当事人的申请提交证据所在地的基层人民法院，人民法院应当依法及时处理。

After the meal, the innkeeper discarded the leftovers outside and noticed the next morning that the sun had turned the defrosting jelly into a porous mass. Intrigued, the innkeeper was said to have boiled the substance again, reconstituting the jelly. Since this discovery, agar has become a staple in many Japanese desserts, from yokan to anmitsu.
